This is the ending of Bashar in the intro to the second transmission:

Bashar: `What awaits you is within you. Right now. Allow us to help you unfold it, to help you walk that path. It is your choice, and the choice for many of you has been made. And that is why you will experience something very different in the introduction of open contact within in the next five years.`

I think - all in all - his message is clear, and it is not a negative one.

This seems to be one of the oldest transmissions, at least one of the oldest transmissions somehow accessible. After channeling Bashar for some minutes, Anima came through. She was talking about the principles underlying their propulsion systems. In a recent interview Darryl Anka stated that in the beginning he was channeling Anima rather than Bashar as her energy was smoother to receive. Anima is a social engineer. She will play a key role in the years following open contact (Bashar).

A New Vision of the Multiverse

This model proposes a fundamental redefinition of reality, where the multiverse is not simply a collection of independent universes coexisting in parallel. Instead, it consists of a complex network of informational configurations that interact and evolve through continuous processes of compression and reorganization, defining what we call the “universe” or “experience of reality” at each moment.

To understand this perspective, it is crucial to recognize that the “universe” we experience is not a fixed entity. It is, in fact, a continuous and dynamic update, a product of adaptive informational compression. In other words, the universe is not something that “exists” statically, but is constantly recreated and adjusted in response to new information and the observer’s state. Each reality projection, or “Adaptive Informational Configuration” (AIC), is an optimization aimed at reducing redundancies and maximizing coherence, ensuring continuity and stability of experience for the observer, even though, at a deeper level, the universe is in constant reformulation.

With each new informational “compression,” a configuration of reality emerges, reflecting both the information from the previous state and changes that occur with the integration of new information. This process can be understood as a kind of “continuous collapse,” where reality organizes and redefines itself from available data, adjusting to maintain perceptual coherence. In this model, we are not situated in a specific universe in the traditional sense but rather in a sequence of informational projections, where each update preserves an informational continuity with the previous experience, ensuring that the observer perceives a connection between the “past” and “present.”

The relationship between these emerging universes — or AICs — is mediated by a network of hierarchical, non-linear causality. This causality transcends the usual understanding of time and space, allowing information and influences to flow in multiple directions and across various levels of organization. In this context, a “universe” can be influenced by other “informationally nearby” universes, though they may be “distant” under a conventional spatial or temporal metric. Causality, then, does not follow a rigid sequence of cause and effect; rather, it is a dynamic and adaptive field that regulates informational interactions, allowing events to relate and adjust to one another across different hierarchical levels. This phenomenon is what we call “hierarchical causality,” where retroactive influences and non-local effects can operate, shaping experience within a network of deep, interconnected interactions.

One of the most innovative implications of this model is the notion of informational natural selection. With each compression, configurations of reality that maximize informational efficiency — that is, those that optimize the balance between complexity and perceptual coherence — tend to stabilize and persist, while those that do not reach this efficiency may be reorganized or even “collapse” into a new configuration. This creates a type of informational evolution within the multiverse, where realities with greater compression efficiency are naturally selected, maintaining coherent continuity for the observer.

In this model, consciousness plays an active and fundamental role. Rather than being a passive observer, consciousness is an essential component of the process of informational compression and updating. The conscious experience, at any given moment, is embedded in a particular “universe” (or AIC), but this experience is not isolated. Consciousness interacts with other reality projections through a broader informational network. This process of observation and interaction can be seen as an informational update that influences, and is influenced by, other configurations in the multiverse. In essence, the multiverse becomes a network of conscious experiences and observations that generate a multidimensional structure of continuously self-organizing information.

Another distinctive feature of this model is the principle of generalized informational uncertainty. In this structure, uncertainty applies not only to observable variables like position and momentum but also to the informational complexity and structural organization of each AIC. The greater the informational compression of a configuration of reality, the higher the uncertainty about the exact details of its structure. Practically speaking, when we observe a highly compressed universe, we inevitably lose some aspects of its original configuration, as compression implies a loss of structural precision. This creates a fundamental uncertainty about the exact form of each AIC and its interactions with others.

In this way, the multiverse is not a set of distinct parallel universes, but an interconnected and adaptive structure of informational realities that continuously evolve and interact. There are no rigid separations between universes; instead, they are layers within a hierarchical network where information flows, adapts, and reorganizes. This network of realities is a web of fractal, self-similar causality, in which each emerging universe is a local expression of an underlying informational structure that seeks to maximize efficiency and compression.

This model redefines the quest to understand reality, offering a perspective in which the multiverse is not a collection of isolated realities, but a self-organizing system where each universe is a temporary expression of distributed informational interactions across different levels of complexity. Reality ceases to be a linear sequence of events and becomes a dynamic and adaptive network of information, where each observation and interaction contributes to the evolution of a global informational structure.

This approach opens new perspectives for understanding fundamental phenomena like consciousness, time, and causality. Consciousness is conceived as an active informational dimension that interacts with the multiverse’s structure, shaping and being shaped by it. Time, in turn, emerges as a relative measure of the flow of information between the hierarchical levels of the AICs, while causality is reconceptualized as a dynamic field regulating informational interactions, allowing events to adapt and relate across multiple scales.

Ultimately, this model offers a new vision of the multiverse, where reality is a continuous process of informational compression and reorganization, driven by the interaction between consciousness and informational structures. It transforms the quest for understanding existence into a study of informational relationships and adaptive complexity, offering an integrated and innovative vision of the universe, consciousness, and the very nature of reality.

The Guardian: Startling claims made at UFO hearing in Congress, but lack direct evidence

Ex-defense department official said government employees had been injured and US conducted secret UFO retrievals
US government employees have been injured by UFOs and the US government has conducted a secret UFO retrieval program, a former department of defense official told a congressional committee on Wednesday, though the hearing lacked any direct evidence to back up the startling claims.

The hearing on unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP), which has become the more accepted term for UFO, also heard that the government has a “huge amount” of secret information on UAPs, including “photos, video, photos, other information”. But it also learned, following a query from Colorado congresswoman Lauren Boebert, that there is no evidence of aliens having a secret underwater “base” on this planet.

The hearing came more than a year after the Pentagon was accused of running a secret UFO retrieval program by whistleblower David Grusch, though no physical evidence has also ever emerged to back up these claims.

The lack of concrete proof has been a consistent thorn in the side of those who believe the government is harboring UAPs, with Wednesday’s hearing again focussing on testimony from people who said they were aware of secret government programs, rather than witnesses presenting actual hard evidence.

A statement from a Pentagon spokesperson said the department “has not found any verifiable evidence that any UAP observation represented extraterrestrial activity nor has the department discovered any verifiable information to substantiate claims that any programs regarding the possession or reverse-engineering of extraterrestrial materials have existed in the past or exist currently.”

It followed a blockbuster congressional hearing last year in which Grusch, a former American intelligence official, claimed that the US government conducted a “multi-decade” program which collected and attempted to reverse-engineer, crashed UAPs, as members of Congress investigate allegations the government is hiding knowledge of alien craft and beings from lawmakers.

The two hearings reveal the remarkable extent to which discussions around UAPs – previously mostly the domain of conspiracy theorists and believers in aliens – have now penetrated the US military and the corridors of Congress.

The All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO), the Department of Defense agency which investigates UAPs, did not immediately respond to a request for comment, but the Pentagon has previously denied the existence of any secret government programs to retrieve alien spacecraft and no evidence of these programs has ever emerged.

A standout moment on Wednesday came when Nancy Mace, the chair of the hearing, questioned Luiz Elizondo, a former department of defense official who this year claimed in a memoir that the US is “in possession of advanced technology made off-world by non-human intelligence”.

“Has the government conducted secret UAP crash retrieval programs? Yes or no?” Mace asked. Elizondo, who was speaking under oath, said yes.
“Were they designed to identify and reverse engineer alien craft? Yes or no?” Mace said. Elizondo said yes.
Mace continued: “In your book, you mentioned government employees who’ve been injured by UAPs placed on leave and receiving government compensation for their injuries. Is that correct?” Elizondo said it was correct.

Nick Pope, who spent the early 1990s investigating UFOs for the British Ministry of Defence, said “expectation management” is important for those following the slow drip of claims about UAPs, but Pope said nevertheless the hearing had “moved things forward” – not least in creating more interest and more demand for transparency.
“It’s building up that critical mass. Some people will be coming to this fresh,” he said.

“There’s a whole bunch of people who probably haven’t heard of David Grusch because they missed that particular story, who will see this and say: ‘Wait a minute. They’re telling us that this is a crazy subject, no one takes it seriously. And [yet] there’s hearings in Congress?’”

Wednesday’s hearing heard from Michael Shellenberger, a journalist and founder of the news site Public, who has reported that the Pentagon has a secret UFO retrieval program called “Immaculate Constellation”. Shellenberger claimed that “current or former government officials” had told him that the program had “maybe thousands” of pieces of evidence showing UAPs.

“What the American people need to know is that the US, military and intelligence community are sitting on a huge amount of visual and other information: still photos, video, photos, other sensor information, and they have for a very long time,” Shellenberger said.
“And it’s not those fuzzy photos and videos that we’ve been given. There’s very clear, high resolution [files].”

Shellenberger told the committee he would not name the current or former government officials who had told him about the hidden evidence, but did share a 12-page report on Immaculate Constellation that he said was written by a whistleblower.

UAPs have not always been a topic for serious congressional debate, with most politicians seemingly not wanting to become known as a believer in aliens. But members of Congress have sought to destigmatize the issue over the past couple of years by also framing the debate as not just an investigation into whether aliens exist, but also an investigation into secret, and potentially wasteful, government spending.

“If we’re spending money on something that doesn’t exist, why are we spending the money, and if it does exist, why are we hiding it from the public?” Mace said on Wednesday.
Nevertheless, alien investigation remains a topic fraught with obvious public relations pitfalls for politicians, and most of the committee members on Wednesday tried to avoid conspiracy-sounding language. Most, but not all.

“I think it’s about 5% of our ocean that’s actually been studied by man,” Lauren Boebert, a some-time adherent of the QAnon conspiracy theory, noted to Shellenberger at one point.
She continued: “Are there any accounts of UAPs emerging from or submerging into our water which could indicate a base or presence beneath the ocean’s surface?”
Shellenberger said he had not heard of an underwater alien base, but did say a source had described an “orb coming out of the ocean and being met by another orb”.

It remains to be seen how much Wednesday’s hearing achieved – “I hope this will open the door to more hearings in the future,” Mace said – but there is some hope for those seeking UAP disclosure: in the unlikely form of Donald Trump, who told a podcast earlier this year he would “love” to release more footage of UAPs.

“The elephant in the room here is that we have a new administration in a matter of weeks, and we have a president-elect who has dropped some heavy hints about this, who is a maverick, a populist, a second-termer whose not going to be careful not to upset the bureaucracy or the deep state,” Pope said.

“If [a secret government UAP program] is just very well hidden and under some sort of unique protection, the president, as commander in chief, can say: ‘I am ordering the de classification of this information, the release of these documents or materials’.”

US Congressional Hearing on UAP, 13 November 2024

...

...

I will now recognize Mr. Elizondo for his opening statement.

`Greetings Chairwoman Mace, Chairman Grothman, Ranking Members Connolly and Garcia, Members of the Committee,

It is my honor and privilege to testify before you on the issue of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomenon, formerly known as UFOs. On behalf of our brave men and women in uniform and across the intelligence community, as well as my fellow Americans who have awaited this day, thank you for your leadership on this important matter.

Let me be clear: UAP are real. Advanced technologies, not made by our government or any other government, are monitoring sensitive military installations around the globe. Furthermore, the US is in possession of UAP technologies, as are some of our adversaries.

I believe we are in the midst of a multi-decade secretative arms race, one funded by mis-allocated taxpayer dollars and hidden from our elected representatives and oversight bodies.

For many years I was entrusted with protecting some of our nation´s most sensitive programs. In my last position I managed a specialized access program on behalf of the White House and the National Security Council.

As such I appreciate the need to protect certain sensitive intelligence and military information. I consider my oath to protect secrets as sacred, and I will always put the safety of the American public first.

With that said, I also understand the consequences of excessive secrecy and stovepiping. Nowhere was this more apparent than in the aftermath of 9/11, which many of us remember all too well.

I believe that America´s greatness depends on three elements,

a: a watchful Congress,

b: a responsive executive branch, and

c: an informed public.

Over the last decade and a half I learned that certain UAP programs were and are operating without any of these elements. Although much of my government work on the UAP subject still remains classified, excessive secrecy has led to grave misdeeds against loyal civil servants, military personnel, and the public, all to hide the fact that we are not alone in the cosmos.

A small cadre within our own government involved in the UAP topic has created a culture of suppression and intimidation that I´ve been personally been victim to, along with many of my former colleagues. This includes unwarranted criminal investigations, harassment and efforts to destroy one´s credibility.

Most Americans would be shocked to learn that the Pentagon´s very own public affairs office openly employs a professional psychological operations officer as the singular point of contact for any UAP related inquiries from citizens and the media. This is unacceptable.

Many of my former colleagues and I have provided classified testimony to both the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community Inspector General, and many of us have subsequently been targeted by this cabal with threats to our careers, our security clearances, and even our lives. This is not hyperbole, but a genuine fact, and this is wrong.

To fix these problems, I propose three principal actions….
