From the above I understand that there may be a life, created by materializing frames 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, etc. and another incarnation making use of reality frames 6, 11, 16, 21, 26, etc., thereby creating an entirely different reality experience where the second self knows nothing about its parallel existence in the first reality (frames 5, 10, 15, 20, 25). Frames 5 and 10 become part of (the 'history' of) frame 15, along the way of materializing the frames for that specific first existence. Frames 5 and 10 will never be lost. They are contained (by integration) in the self which is forming/materialising frame 15, once that self has 'reached' frame 15. And frames 5, 10, AND frame 15 are then contained in frame 20. Thus, the 'now-moment I-am-ness' of frame 20 contains the former 'now-moment I-am-ness-es' that the former version(s) of that self experiences/experienced when it was 'younger', let's say at the age of ten. These specific experiences are contained by integration (5th dimension) and never lost (holographic principle). On a larger level, a self transcending a specific narrowly defined incarnation (a self after death, or the entity) does in fact include frames 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 PLUS frames 6, 11, 16, 21, i.e. the frames of the second incarnation, where the active self (while being active 'in' that second incarnation) knows nothing about the first incarnation (frames 5, 10, 15, 20). Everything is contained in and forms an integral part of everything else, but it is not necessarily perceived as such.

According to Tom Campbell there are three databases:

a) all future possibilities (to be chosen and materialized at the rate of Planck time)
b) all past possibilities (unchosen by us and - according to Seth too slow for materialization for our synapses, NoPR)
c) all the frames which were actually chosen (from database a) and materialized along our route

This is actually the reason why and how Basher could say that after ‘shifting’ from one frame to another, you are no longer the same ‘you’ you were a moment ago: “…that was another you…that is (sic!) another you.”

Bashar's people are not here to save us. They are here to help us (Bashar). And they are very concerned about our nuclear ambitions, as a full-fledged nuclear war has repercussions beyond our space-time continuum. Thus, it may be in their own interest to intervene.

And: as they are not here to save us but to help us .... they will not prevent us from destroying our planet otherwise, i.e. non-nuclear. This is actually what the Greys did in a parallel reality on a parallel Earth, where they then ended up hiding under the surface because their planet had been poisoned to a degree that it could not be restored anymore. This is where and why their eyes grew larger and where and why they decided to reestablish their civilization by means of a hybridization program under the auspices of the Mantis beings (Bashar), as it turned out that they had also lost the ability to procreate. We are as well beginning to move into the same direction as far as the loss of our biological reproducibility is concerned (Bashar). In short: the Greys, which are humans from a parallel Earth, are dying out (Bashar). That's why they 'tunnelled' across various parallel realities (Bashar) to find and get access to viable DNA. Furthermore, there are different factions of Greys.

Essassani people which are already a hybridized species underwent the 'Shakana' experience leading to a significant overall uplifting of the average frequency of their consciousness on the planet. Essassani beings which opted out, thus following another course, left the planet. Furthermore, the universe is teaming with life and yes, there are negative extraterrestrial entities as well (Bashar). According to Bashar they are unable to interfere with them - this definitely being the case after the Shakana event - and they are equally unable to approach our Earth given the current level of development and spiritual achievements (Bashar). As everybody is shifting billions of times per second across parallel realities and timelines (Bashar) there are certainly versions of everybody of us moving 'down the spiral', thus ending up in parallel realities where they CAN HAVE contact to negative extraterrestrials. Everybody is free to decide. Bashar's recommendation, repeated over and over and over again, is the formula. Following the formula (follow your passion every moment that you can, to the best of your abilities, without insistence as to the outcome, and remain in a positive state no matter what the outcome is) is the best guarantee for moving upwards and forward, instead of down the spiral, possibly ending in a similar situation as the Greys did (Bashar).

Given the fact, that we are shifting billions of times per second across parallel realities (at the rate of Planck time) and that there is an infinite number of versions of us having exactly those experiences against which we are more or less deliberately opting with our own current behavior and as a result of our current development stage....it just does not matter. The downward-oriented versions of us are equally part of infinity and the validity of the creation of All-that-is.

Again: Bashar's people are not here to save us. They are here to help us (Bashar). This implies NOT to intervene when we go nuclear unless other dimensions are affected. It implies NOT to intervene if we decide to destroy our planet otherwise, e.g. as the Greys did (Bashar). And it implies as well help and technology transfer if we so decide, once open contact has been established (Bashar). It's up to us. We never change the version of Earth we are on. We are shifting to a version which is more in line with our expectations and our development.

There are versions of Earth which have been already destroyed. There are versions which have been catapulted out of the orbit (Bashar), but there are also versions which are already 'Heaven on Earth' (Bashar). We decide. We are shifting. We do not actually communicate with Bashar. We communicate with our own Higher Minds THROUGH Bashar when 'communicating with Bashar' (Bashar).
