In the transmission ‘How the Oversoul Works’ Bashar elucidated the nature of the higher levels of consciousness, which “may contain all things simultaneously: human souls, animal souls, plant souls, insect souls, rock consciousness”. As time does not really exist and therefore all other incarnations of which a specific oversoul is equally in charge do take place at the same ‘now-moment’, there is no such thing as reincarnation, even if it may be experienced as such by making specific cross-connections to other extensions of the same oversoul, e.g. human lives in the 16th or 23rd century, on other planets or in other dimensions and realities.
As humans do not reincarnate, they do not reincarnate as an animal or a plant either. But as the oversoul is in charge of the incarnation of animal and plant consciousness as well, it may occur that a certain animal seems to possess the characteristics of a human which had passed on. However, this is not actually the case. It is rather the deceased person who is sending en extension from the oversoul in form of an incarnated animal or any other life form which possess an energy frequency which is the common denominator of a specific theme which is represented by the same oversoul, by individual souls, higher minds and physical minds. The delineation among the infinite number of existing oversouls follows specific themes which are characteristic of all life forms of which a specific oversoul is in charge, be it in the form of a human, animal or plant incarnation, or an insect.
“Themes can definitely cross into human extensions, animal extensions, plant extensions, what have you. So that you can recognize the commonality of a theme vibration that exists for the human, for the animal, for the plant, and thus you may feel or believe that you are actually seeing the human reincarnated as an animal or a plant, when in fact you are simply seeing another extension of the same collective oversoul that contains the same vibrational theme within it that you would recognize as being connected to the person that you knew.” (Bashar)
There are oversouls of oversouls and the higher collective oversouls can be compared to smaller versions of ‘All-that-is’. It never ends. There can be even an oversoul of the ‘One’. (1:30:00)

If you manage to raise your frequency to the level of the oversoul you will experience yourself as the oversoul, but with your own unique signature vibration, i.e. your own specific individuality, which can never get lost or annihilated , not even by integration, in the same way that your current ‘Now-moment I-am-ness’ contains the I-identities that you once had when you were a child. Information is used holographically and no information gets ever lost. It is rather a matter of different frequencies which can be accessed depending on your current level of vibration.

No version of him is in contact with a version of Earth that has destroyed itself or collectively already decided to go into that direction.
