The problem is not only how do we assimilate the information that we are not alone in the universe. The 12-page document 'that your government says does not exist'

Earlier in the hearing, co-chair Nancy Mace held up a 12-page report on Immaculate Constellation which she said was an "unacknowledged special access programme that your government says does not exist".

Michael Shellenberger, founder of the 'Public' news service, delivered the report to Congress and told the hearing a current or former official who is a UAP whistleblower has written the report that says "the executive branch has been managing UAPs without congressional knowledge or authorisation for some time, possibly decades".
Mr Shellenberger said the report said Immaculate Constellation brings together observations of UAPs, and includes high-quality imagery intelligence.

Q.: Will not sending the letters change our timeline? (13:40)
B.: As I said it´s up to you to determine what steps you wish to participate in. So that´s completely up to you. You cannot look it as this idea as a group because everyone will have slight differences in terms of how they approach this. So it´s not really one group that either is or isn´t doing the steps. The steps will be done in different ways by different individuals to different degrees. We are tracking everything as we need to, don´t worry about it. Just participate in whatever way you can, but again, be willing to look at your own belief systems about why you may or may not be participating. If there are any fear-based beliefs, negative beliefs that come up, that prevent you from participating, then the purpose is to examine those beliefs and see if you can let them go so that you´ll be more willing to participate. And again, some of that coming up within you is part of the reason why we suggested what we suggested. Because we are watching the degree of willingness that people have in involving themselves in this process that they look at those beliefs that come up and the willingness to let go or change them is part of the social experiment that we are observing.

Q.: Fear of prosecution when sending out the letters (15:20)
B.: Yes again, what I just said. Part of the process of presenting this social experiment is also to allow people to come to terms with the idea of their beliefs about open contact, what effects that might have on their lives and what effect the idea of interaction with other humans in that process might also have on their lives, so that they can face those particular fear-based and negative beliefs and take the opportunity to deal with them and let them go. So that´s part of the social experiment is to discover fear-based beliefs within yourself and deal with why you´re holding on to that and why you think that you are in any way, shape or form at risk. So, just allow yourself to explore those fear-based beliefs, those negative beliefs. See if you can let any of them go, and see if in letting some of them go you find yourself more willing to participate in the social experiment in the way that we have suggested. But again, it´s up to you. But certainly you can use this opportunity to get in touch with any fear-based beliefs in the normal course of your life anyway. B.: `What it means is that at this point as we have said it doesn´t matter who you voted for. Taking responsibility is taking responsibility to your reaction and response to the transmission that we delivered. That´s what we mean by taking responsibility. And we are now discussing the idea of the actions necessary to take responsibility for your responses and reactions. By coming together, and having open discussions, clear discussions, by understanding each other, by listening to each other, by really talking with each other. This is what´s important now and would be a true expression of your willingness to take responsibility for the initial reactions and responses that you had to our comments in our transmission. Q.: `The Oversoul was described as the hand with the different fingers as the individual souls. Does each individual soul have multiple physical beings associated with it?´

B.: `Over the course of time it can appear that way and that´s what you typically refer to from your linear perspective as reincarnation. Because the soul, being an energy sphere, creates the body within itself out of certain vibrations that represent the challenge that that soul wishes to experience to help it grow. When the soul returns to its full form, its full shape, in other words, when the physical body has `died´or expanded back to the idea of the soul perspective, then it can choose different vibrations to create a different personality to have a different experience, linearly speaking. Therefore you could say that that is really the way reincarnation works, but the idea is that every new personality also has a different soul because the configuration of vibrational patterns within the soul that created that different body had to also be different, and therefore it is, in a sense, a different soul. Does that make sense? It just depends on the perspective, subjectively, that you´re coming from when you describe this process as to how you experience it.´

Q.: `Are the different beings of the same soul in different realities at the same time?´

B.: `Oh, you are talking about parallel realities. That´s a little bit different than the idea of the reincarnational realities that we just described. It´s a type of parallel reality, but there are actually multiple types of parallel realities. So again it depends on - subjectively - which type you are actually referring to. If you´re referring to the idea that there may be what you would think of as multiple versions of yourself, experiencing different pathways, that´s one type of parallel reality structure.´

Q.: `From one soul when it expands and then it contracts and creates another entity, is that a different personality, not me, but a different entity?´

B.: `Oh yes, it´s not you, it´s a different entity. And the soul is different as well. Because again, it´s creating that different personality out of different vibratory frequencies within its energy. So in a sense, you can say from one perspective: yes, it´s the same soul, creating another physical body, but from another perspective you could say: but that´s a different soul because it´s made up of different energy patterns because it has given different patterns to the physical body, and therefore those patterns don´t exist within the soul anymore at that level. It´s a different soul. Cause it´s a different formula of vibrational frequencies in order to create that different, unique personality out of those different frequencies.´

From the above it seems that the soul is a `personality-generating, timeless powerhouse´, and the identities assumed by the generated personalities are neither identical with the soul as powerhouse, nor any of the other personalities that may be generated by the same soul. The hand with the fingers becomes a fractal conglomerate, comprising a multitude of independent identities/entities. And somehow they are all still interconnected.

Basically, we are all electromagnetic frequencies (Seth) and the soul is an infinite, multidimensional act (Seth).
