225For those who are scientifically minded, please find below an introduction into a consciousness model by René Lergner, based on the teachings of Seth. It is pure physics and very sophisticated. It describes the holographic structure of reality. Getting familiar with the holographic nature of the universe (Michael Talbot) helps visualizing the formulas and the interrelatedness of the different parameters.

Introduction
The Mentral model offers a dynamic and multidimensional approach to consciousness, considering consciousness as a form of energy. This model explores how consciousness energy fluctuates and interacts within a complex field of dimensions and frequencies, leading to the manifestation of physical realities. The model is inspired by both scientific and philosophical concepts.
Definitions
1. Mentral-field (𝛹): A multidimensional dynamic field consisting of coordination dimensions (𝜉ᵢ), configuration dimensions (𝜁ⱼ), and psychological time (𝜏), the time dimension in which consciousness evolves within the Mentral-field. These dimensions are orthogonal to the physical dimensions of space and time.
2. Coordinate (𝑃): A specific location in the Mentral-field.
3. Configuration of Coordinates (𝜓𝜁(𝑃𝜉 , 𝜏)): Complex waveform of coordinate 𝑃, with a derived frequency signature (𝜈ₚ).
4. Consciousness Energy (𝜓𝑚(𝜏)): Energy associated with consciousness, expressed as a complex waveform fluctuating based on emotional state, concentration, and intention, with a unique frequency signature (𝜈ₘ). Different octaves of consciousness frequencies represent different levels of consciousness.

227`There is a lot of history that you have lost. One of the things that will be given to all of you when open contact occurs is the complete history of your planet. I understand that that seems contradictory because as we have said when you change your present you change your past, but the idea is that you´ll be given the history of the planet you finally wind up on as person of earth that is relevant for contact and that will be the history that will allow you to establish the present person you have defined yourself to be and allow you to experience the idea of the future that is relevant for that person.´

Bashar: `Now, over the course of the next few years there will be certain things that will occur, that will let you know that contact is about to happen. Not only in terms of an increase in sightings, but also in the way in which this may occur. There are several paths that may be taken by extraterrestrial beings such as ourselves and others to begin to initiate you into becoming familiar with our presence in a physical way. One of those ways may be something like this (picture below): ships may appear over your oceans just offshore. So that you know the ship will stay there over the water. You may watch it from shore, it will not move. You will not feel in any way, shape or form threatened because it is not coming over your heads, over land where you are, but remaining at arms-length out over the water. So that it gives you time to absorb the fact that they are there, off the coast lines of different countries around your world. They may be there for quite some time to allow you the opportunity to gather, to travel to those places, to see the ships. They will remain there to give you time to get used to the idea that we are here. To get used to the idea that this is the beginning of a great change upon your planet.
